From order to return delivery.
Four steps connect the customer, the laundry and the service point.
The order
on your phoneThe customer chooses a location and creates the order in the web app, with or without garment details, depending on the configured service.
Drop-off
at the lockerAt the locker, the customer scans the QR code and follows the web app to open the compartment, deposit the garments and confirm it is closed.
The work
at the laundryThe laundry organises collection, inspection and processing of the garments. It follows the order through each stage and prepares the return delivery.
Collection
of your garmentsOnce the garments are in the locker and return delivery is confirmed, the customer receives a notification and follows the web app to collect them.
Access, compartments and timing are defined for each project. Payments follow the service configuration.
