Can a family member collect for the user?

The current process does not provide for collection by authorised representatives. Support needs must be examined before proposing the service.

Does the project include clinical linen?

This proposal covers personal garments agreed with the laundry. It does not describe clinical linen, sterilisation or healthcare services.
