LockerClean

Apartment buildings and residences

Laundry services, in your building.

Bring laundry services into shared spaces: residents drop off their garments and collect them clean without going to the shop. The laundry runs the service; LockerClean coordinates the software and smart lockers.

Let’s assess the proposal

Discussions with residents

Bring together the information to decide.

Space, parties and conditions must be clear before activation.

Who adopts the solution

Identify the interested party and the relevant contacts. Costs, responsibilities and adoption arrangements are defined in the project.

What is being proposed

Describe the exchange point, the laundry involved and the planned service. Decision-making steps are addressed with the appropriate parties.

Conditions in the building

Examine entrances and routes.

A courtyard, an entrance hall and an indoor room have different constraints.

Use of shared space

Consider residents’ movement, compartment opening, technical equipment and the hours when the area is accessible.

Operator access

Clarify how the laundry enters for loading and unloading. The system’s time windows are coordinated with the location’s accessibility.

Before you start

Some useful answers.

Can the facility purchase the solution?

It can also be a B2B Customer, depending on the agreements. Adopting the technology does not automatically assign garment processing to it.

Does a laundry need to have been identified already?

If you already have a laundry provider, we involve it in the project. Otherwise, LockerClean can source and select a suitable partner for the building before the service is activated.

Let’s start with the building.

Specify the location, proposed space and stage of discussions with those involved.
