Let’s assess your shopSoftware and smart lockers
Add a locker alongside the counter for drop-off and collection: digital orders help coordinate daily tasks.
Offer an additional channel for drop-off and collection, subject to access to the location and the service time slots.
Organise garment checks and processing from the orders, with garment information available to staff.
Orders and inspection
The customer prepares the order on their phone; the laundry takes charge of the garments.
The management software shows declared garments and expected dates. During inspection, you can update details, processing, prices and notes.
For an on-site locker, staff record unloading and loading. For external points, visits by the designated operator are organised.
Space and timing
The system’s time windows must be considered together with actual access to the locker.
Out-of-hours collection requires an accessible space: a locker inside a closed shop does not extend access.
Processing, quality, prices and turnaround times remain with the laundry. The software coordinates the workflow without taking part in garment treatment.
Beyond the locker too
Configuration starts with the orders you receive and the return delivery methods.
The counter channel is an option: the staff member creates the order and chooses from the enabled return delivery methods.
