LockerClean

Self-service laundries

Your self-service laundry, with more services.

Alongside self-service use of the machines, offer a service for customers who prefer to hand over their garments. Processing can be carried out by a trusted partner or your own business, meeting the applicable requirements. LockerClean software and smart lockers connect orders, drop-off and return.

Let’s talk about new services
Two routes in the same premises: a customer at the self-service washing machines and a customer at the LockerClean locker.

More customer choice

Two options, in the same shop.

Customers using the machines and those handing over garments follow separate routes, with clear prices, instructions and contacts.

Customers use the machines

Customers wash and dry independently, following the shop’s rules. LockerClean software does not operate the machines.

Customers hand over garments

Customers create an order and book a locker drop-off. Processing and return follow the service they have chosen.

A partner or your own business

Choose how to organise the service.

Define who carries out the processing and who looks after the customer, with clear roles and conditions for everyone.

With a trusted partner

The partner carries out the agreed processing. Collection, transport, prices and payment handling are defined by the agreements.

With your own business

Your business carries out the processing, meeting the applicable requirements. You organise staff, garment checks and return.

Orders and garment movements

From drop-off to return delivery.

The software links orders to the tasks of the designated staff, according to how the service is organised.

Checking and processing

The person taking charge of the garments checks them against the order and records updates. Unloading and inspection remain separate steps.

Loading and return

Designated staff record loading and unloading. Collection requires garments to be ready and loaded, within the service time slots.

Before you start

Some useful answers.

Which requirements need to be checked?

In Italy, customers’ independent use of machines and garment processing carried out on their behalf have different requirements. Check the planned activities and the parties involved with the local SUAP business office, including when a partner is involved. Software and lockers do not replace the applicable professional qualifications and administrative requirements.

Does an open site mean an order is ready to collect?

Collection depends on processing, loading and the system’s time windows, as well as access to the premises.

Can an order be placed without listing garments?

This is a configurable feature: the service operator completes the details during garment inspection. It does not mean a service charged by weight.
